Training update 16th April 10 p.m.:

As usual at 6 p.m. this week

Family fun day Sunday 29th April 12.30 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.

Still finalising a rough itinerary for various games for the kids, but will be along the lines of 2 or 3 quiz rounds, a game of bingo, and some ‘activity’ games such as pass the hoola-hoop on the straw, pass the balloon, etc. with lots of prizes to be had. There will definitely be a face painting and craft table for the younger kids, and any adults who refuse to grow up. I will put the menu on here in the next couple of days so you can have a look. We’ll also be looking for volunteers to take the mike for the odd quiz round, or do the bingo, or even sing a song if you feel the urge, and to help supervise the ‘activity’ games, to give me and Pete a ‘beer’ break, so don’t all shy away

Richmond Rovers presentation evening

The club will be holding their annual presentation evening on Friday 18th May at Woodford Community Centre, so please leave this evening free. This is when your kid will get to go on stage to receive their trophy for all their hard work this season.

Metro League Presentation

This takes place on Sunday 20th at Tameside Hippodrome, where every player gets a trophy from the league. The time slot for Under 9’s is 11.30, so we need to be there at least 30 minutes before. Directions are available by clicking on the link below, but please note, the car parks get very busy so do allow plenty of time.
